Visit CSC Center or Hospital
Go to your nearest Common Service Center (CSC) or any PM-JAY empanelled hospital. Carry your Aadhaar card and ration card.
Aadhaar Verification
Complete Aadhaar-based biometric verification (fingerprint/iris). Your family details are verified against SECC data.
Ayushman Card Generated
Your digital Ayushman Bharat card (ABHA card) is generated. You can download it from beneficiary.nha.gov.in.

Cashless Treatment
